Rhythm & Spirit is the fun, affordable, and quality DANCE*TUMBLING*CHEER program with Williamson County Parks & Recreation!

Rhythm & Spirit currently offers classes in 2 locations, the Franklin Recreation Complex and the Longview Recreation Center in Spring Hill. We are excited to be adding a 3rd location in Spring 2015 when we come to the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville.

This program is a great opportunity for children, teens, and adults to dance in a non-competitive environment with students who are not only learning; but also having fun! We are recreational and our instructors strive to know the students as individuals to help them improve at their own pace.
