Gary and Patti are a husband and wife dynamic Real Estate Team, who have lived and raised 3 children in the Willamette Valley for over 27 years. Gary and Patti met at Western Baptist College now Corban University where Gary Graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in 1986. In the early years of their marriage Gary played professional Basketball which allowed them to live overseas in Europe and Australia. After returning to the Salem area to raise their children, Gary began his Real Estate Career in 1991 with Prudential Real Estate Professionals. During his career at Prudential Patti joined him in 1997 and they became a consistent top producer team. In 2010 they joined Legacy Real Estate and later became owners in the Legacy owners LLC, Now Williamson Legacy Real Estate. Gary also builds homes as a licensed contractor under the name Williamson James Homes.

Gary and Patti have extensive experience and high level of expertise in new home construction, acreage properties, existing home sales and land development. Patti also has experience in home interior design to assist in home remodeling, new home construction and staging for listed home sales. Gary is a Principal / Managing Broker for Williamson-Legacy Real Estate and Patti holds her GRI Designation. They are members of the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors, Salem Association of Realtors where Patti serves on the Public Relations committee. Gary serves on the Board of Trustees for Corban University and Corban Athletics Club. They are members of Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and are supporters of Liberty House, Boys & Girls club, Marion/Polk county food share and other non profits in the Willamette Valley. Gary and Patti attend Morning Star Community Church where they are actively involved in serving.
