Wilmington University Running Club

We are an organization interested in developing the athletic abilities of those who are interested in exercising.

We are motivated athletes that have a passion for exercise and want it to become part of the Wilmington University culture. This is our inaugural year and want to actively develop an environment in which our fellow students wish to be a part of and help shape. We all have particular attributes that we wish to use in assisting the needs and wants of an athletically diverse student body. Our group is interested in developing a weekly workout plan unique to each individual and actively executing that plan with them. Nutrition is an important concept for us and we intend to emphasize its importance before and after we exercise. Whether you are running for the first time or are a seasoned runner we are equipped and excited to work with you!

How to sign up:

1.) Contact either Nate Homan (nhoma78025@wilmu.edu) or Nicole Karam (nicole.m.karam@wilmu.edu) expressing interest.
2.) Check Facebook.com/wilmurunningclub for run details
3.) Show up for our runs!

Scheduling:

We will be scheduling our runs based off of the availability of our runners. The best strategy that we've developed so far is to have runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We will have two runs on these days; one in the morning and one in the evening. We will post our runs on our Facebook page.
