Northeast Connecticut's Designated Regional Service Organization

Windham Arts is now the state Designated Regional Service Organization for the entire north east corner of Connecticut. Our mission is to promote arts, culture, history, tourism, and economic development throughout our region.

We currently serve the following communities: Ashford, Bozrah, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Colchester, Columbia, coventry, Eastford, Franklin, Griswold, Hampton, Killingly, Leabanon, Ledyard, Lisbon, Mansfield, Montville, North Stonington, Norwich, Plainfield, Pomfret, Preston, Putnam, Salem, Scotland, Sprague, Stafford, Sterling, Thompson, Tolland, Union, Voluntown, Willington, Windham/Willimantic, and Woodstock.
