Winfield Farms produces all of our meats, poultry and produce using organic methods in a sustainable agricultural environment. Our barns are full of quail, fields have free roaming chickens, vegetables in the garden. We are currently producing five different micro-green varieties, seven different types of specialty mushrooms in a natural wooded environment, and are in the process of constructing a greenhouse for year-round vegetable and herb production. Previously and again soon to come are grass-fed beef and heritage pork.
