Winona Area Ambulance Service, a non-profit organization, serves as the sole 911 advanced life support provider for the greater Winona Area.

Winona Area Ambulance Service provides advanced pre-hospital patient care to thousands of patients every year. With a dedicated staff of over 26 highly skilled Paramedics and EMTs, our company is able to provide the following services 24 hours a day:
•Primary emergency 911 response for the City of Winona as well as surrounding communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
•Mutual aid and intercept response with other area ambulance agencies.
•Emergent and Non-Emergent Inter-facility transport for patients requiring specialty care.
•Training and continuing education for area emergency responders and health care providers

The ambulances run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, our business office is only open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM
