Since 1973, Winona ORC has been dedicated to securing work and providing vocational training for adults with disabilities. Over the last two years we have implemented a change in the organization's leadership as well as changes in the Winona ORC staff, which have helped to re-energize the entire entity. Many old problems have been addressed and corrected and new opportunities have been explored, resulting in additional revenue and operational changes that have produced greater efficiency.
