The Winston Salem Urban League empowers and advocates for a diverse community, and promotes socioeconomic progress and parity through education; training; and civic engagement.
The Winston-Salem Urban League has an array of programs in order to serve an extensively diverse clientele. Our programs target multiple demographics within the area, including The Youth Development Institute (High School Students), Young Professionals (21-40 years old), Human Resource Development, Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP) and Digital Inclusion Initiative (55 and over). We also have staff members who specialize in Veteran Affairs and the unique challenges faced during a career transition.
