Culture Fest is a global celebration of the arts, culture and beyond. This event is presented and produced by Florida Film Academy and the City of WInter Garden.
This non profit event is benefitting underprivileged youth in the arts.

The event hours are:
Saturday November 1st from 10:00am-6:00pm
The Lights at Night Show will on City Hall and Plant Street from 6:00pm-8:00pm
Sunday November 2nd from 12:00pm-5:00pm
