I work with individuals and organizations to assist them with the introspection, inspiration, and integration they need to make wise choices and invest their energy in the right spot to achieve what they want to achieve.

We attend to how personal and organizational energy affects leadership, communication, and team-building.

I am a lifelong learner who is talented in conveying information, developing learning materials, engaging people in their own development, and working with clients to turn their good ideas into reality.

I am physically active and enjoy yoga, dancing, walking, and traveling. I always have a project going on at home--most of which others choose to leave to someone else. I do things like paint my own home inside and out, build brick paths, design her own gardens--and actually enjoy them.

I am practical as well as innovative, and I get things done and get them done well at work and home.
