Shelby Colgan has been teaching flute since 2008, and has been teaching at her current location in Woburn since 2010. She is also an avid blogger, and posts new articles on her website every Wednesday and Sunday. She works to make her studio and website a fresh source of information and inspiration for her students and for anyone seeking to become a better musician.

The Woburn Flute Studio is also home to Conservatory Boot Camp, a 12-week intensive course for aspiring music majors.

Shelby Colgan holds an MM in Flute Performance from the Longy School of Music and a BM in Music Performance from the Crane School of Music. She strives to make learning a fun and positive experience, and to help each of her students achieve their personal best.
