Citizens Against Substance Abuse is a substance abuse prevention based initiative with support from our community and civic organizations. We believe that by establishing a network of concerned citizens who share a common goal of helping people with substance abuse issues, we can change the outcome of drug experimentation and addiction in our community. We can change the traditional culture and the mindset of “not my kid:” by not prejudging or condemning. We will keep an open mind and heart for the good of our community.
