Since 2005, our team has managed senior living communities with revenues
exceeding $20 million annually. Collectively, our Founders, Steve Gaylor and
Gloria Brock, bring over 40 years experience in the senior services arena.

WoodBine Senior Living was created out of Gloria and Steve’s passion to serve
seniors better. We manage communities based on their specific markets and their
owner’s desired outcomes. Our philosophy is that each community will stand on its
own financially. We do not use a cookie cutter dashboard approach to community
management. Our individual community approach and market specific processes
are what set us apart from other operators.
