The Woodbridge Village Association (WVA) is a private homeowners association and master-planned community located in the City of Irvine, California. There are nearly 9,600 homes within Woodbridge, for an overall population of approximately 30,000 residents. The Association has been in existence since 1976 as a mutual benefit, non-profit corporation. The community was developed by the Irvine Company but is a seperate entity and is not connected to or controlled by the developer.
