Contracts will be written tightly and properly and conforming to the local laws and regulations. Electronic signatures are a nice addition in the last few years. This will allow us to have binding signatures when inconvenient for us to get together in person.

My skills are updated regularly with State classroom clock hours to stay current on laws and regulations.
