Our 96-unit retirement community is one-of-a-kind: modern, yet affordable independent living within the safety of a cheerful setting. None of those pesky steps-everything is on one level! Access to all buildings is limited to residents, family, and guests through our security system. Woodridge Manor offers laundry facilities, 24 hour emergency maintenance, handicapped accessible apartments, and, best of all, your pets are welcome too! (A non refundable pet fee of $250.00 per each pet, limit 2)
Woodridge Manor is a 55+ years of age, low income property, which means you need to make $40,000.00 or less a year. There is a $35.00 credit and criminal check. You can hold an apartment, which will apply to your security deposit, for $250.00. The holding fee is refundable if things don’t work out. Our lease is for a year and all apartments are $550.00 a month. If you qualify please give us a call. I can also email you the application packet upon request.
