Woodside isn't just an on-campus apartment complex. It's a community. Don't just live here; stay connected and get involved!

Located right behind the Whit, Woodside is just a short walk away from the center of campus and the Durham Train Station. There are 100 apartments in Woodside that house approximately 400 residents. To live at Woodside, you must be at least 20 years old or of junior class standing. There is a Community Center on site, which offers residents their own mailroom, a lounge with a fireplace, a printing cluster,laundry facilities, and vending machines. The UNH Apartments offer students a comfortable transition between life in the residence halls and independent living after graduation. Each apartment has two double bedrooms (we have a handful of triples throughout the complex), a recently renovated kitchen, a private bathroom, and a living room. Utilities, as well as break housing during the academic year, are included in the room and board cost. There is also onsite parking available for those who wish to purchase a permit. Questions?
