Temporary. Modern. Contemporary. Whimsical. Through my observation of design, exploration of crafting processes, and manipulation of materials, I create handmade works that stimulate the senses. To create this signature style, I responsibly build with a variety of wood species using traditional woodworking techniques. Metal is cut, shaped, and welded to improve the visual and structural elements in a design. Paint and clear finished are used to enhance and protect the material for years of use and enjoyment. Oil paintings range in size but are all produced on metal using a variety of painting techniques.
