Xenia Community Festival
The Xenia Old Fashioned Days Festival became the Xenia Community Festival in the fall of 2011. Even though many exciting changes took place, from the name of the festival, to bringing it back downtown for the first time since 1979, the major focus did NOT change, which is the focus on community. The festival’s main objective is to bring the community together and to showcase the diversity, values and history of Xenia.
One major change was that the Festival moved back to downtown Xenia, where visitors have greater access to our local businesses. The focus is on promoting Xenia’s strengths in history, community, and family values. Just as in the past, the Festival features a parade, many vendors, and great entertainment.
