Xtreme Measures Training Group provides training to Law Enforcement, Military, and Security personnel as well as to responsible citizens. We conduct security awareness seminars for corporate customers. Xtreme Measures Training Group also conducts product testing. If you make hard use products, we can put that product to the test and give you feedback on your products strengths as well as weaknesses.

Who we are.
Xtreme Measures Training Group was founded by James Ferguson. James served in the United States Marine Corps and United States Marine Corps Reserve after graduating High School. While serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, James started a career in Law Enforcement. James has over 20 years of experience with the majority of his career spent serving as a Tactical Officer and Firearms Instructor for a major metropolitan agency in the DFW area. James has worked as a Patrol Officer, Background Investigator, Entry Team Member, Sniper Team Member, Sniper Team Leader, Firearms Instructor, and Range Master. James has logged thousands of hours training academy classes, in-service classes, tactical classes, sniper/counter sniper classes, and civilians in the use of firearms and tactics. Throughout James's career he has made contacts which allowed him to assemble a professional instructor cadre. Our instructors come from Military or Law Enforcement backgrounds and are true experts in their field.

Training for everyone.
In our training classes the environment is set up to allow the student to learn without becoming stressed out. Even though we train Law Enforcement and Military Professionals we provide training for civilians as well. No matter what your background you will enjoy your training cycle. All egos are checked at the door. There is no place for egos in the training environment.
