On September 20, 2014, the 45th annual Yardley Harvest Day will once again take place along Canal Street, College Ave and Bell Avenue
Yardley Borough, PA – Historic Yardley Borough offers many traditional and family-friendly events throughout the year. One of the borough’s most popular traditions, Yardley Harvest Day, marks its 44th year in 2013, scheduled for Saturday, September 20th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Back by popular demand, Yardley Harvest Day will once again take place along Canal Street and down East College Avenue, from Main Street to Delaware Avenue/River Road.
This year, the Yardley Business Association (YBA) is proud to be the event’s sponsor. YBA has actively organized and managed Yardley Harvest Day for almost 40 years. In 2013, the community is invited to join YBA in returning Harvest Day to a “Yardley-centric” event. YBA is recruiting volunteers to plan, organize, provide event-day support and publicity. In addition to the wonderful crafters, food and entertainment offered each year, Yardley Harvest Day will emphasize the many unique aspects of living, dining, socializing, shopping, working and enjoying one of Bucks County’s most historic and best communities.
We will also have live entertainment, a food court, a car show, and children and family activities located in the field adjacent to Fitzgerald-Sommer Funeral Home.
