Yardley Run was built by Best Homes in the late 1980's. It is located in Lower Makefield Township near dedicated open space, the historic towns of Yardley Borough and Newtown Borough. It is a commuter's dream because of easy access to major highways I-95, Route 1, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and train systems to commute to Philadelphia, PA, Princeton, NJ and New York City.
There are many community parks and recreation areas, including a paved walkway that is linked throughout the area, and the Lower Makefield Township (LMT) community pool(s). There is an award winning public golf course called Makefield Highlands located just a mile away on Woodside Rd.
