Yoforia is a frozen yogurt concept that emphasizes natural and organic ingredients at its Atlanta-area retail locations launched in the summer and fall of 2007. It's newest location is now located in the Whole Foods Shopping Center in Sandy Springs, owned by Sheryl and Steve Matton.
Yoforia’s fresh take on frozen yogurt offers fanciers of frosty treats an opportunity to rediscover yogurt. Unlike traditional frozen yogurt, which often has a cloying, one-dimensional sweetness, Yoforia’s frozen yogurt varieties ( 12 rotating flavors that include original Tart, Dark Chocolate, Mango, Pomegranate, Pinapple, Strawberry, Taro, Pistachio, Cookies & Cream, Vanilla Bean and Cheesecake) are light, tart and natural tasting. They’re also made with Stonyfield nonfat organic milk and nonfat organic yogurt.
In addition to being nonfat, low-calorie, and made with organic milk and yogurt, Yoforia frozen yogurt contains acidolphilus (active live cultures), which imparts a number of health benefits, from improved digestion and healthier skin to boosting the immune system.
Yoforia recently added a non-dairy addition to the lineup with Rasberry Sorbet as well.
We cut our fresh fruit throughout the day, and make our yogurt in the store daily. We work to use as much organic and fresh fruits as possible and try to bring in the freshest seasonal fruits to delight our customers.
