At Ypsilanti Community Acupuncture is an acupuncture clinic designed for a soothing and comforting environment, however we take a few days a week day to open our clinic up to the community and set treatment beds in the lobby, open our doors to treat people who couldn’t afford the regular acupuncture rates. This way, we are able to take care more people effectively. While treating multiple people who are in need, in turn could also cover the cost of doing business on our ends - its a win-win! Efficiency of treatment means we can be very competitively priced. We charge on a sliding fee scale of $15 - $35 per treatment, based on what is comfortable for you, with no income verification required. This is important because most insurance plans do not cover acupuncture, so people typically have to pay out of pocket for treatments.
Since acupuncture usually requires a series of treatments to be effective. Treatment could really add up with the regular rate of $60-$180 per treatment, for 12 treatments, around the Ann Arbor area. However this could be very affordable for those who needs acupuncture but could not afford over 1000 dollars for treatment!
