Commonly known as the Auditorium; the Fine Arts Center is the primary production facility for Yukon Public Schools.
It is used by the fine arts departments, leadership, student council, civic groups, community programs, dance companies & professional touring groups.
The Fine Arts Center contributes the following elements to the “Excellence of Education” in Yukon Public Schools:
* Large, 3000 seat facility equipped to host productions of almost any size
* Classes for students ranging from 8th Grade to 12th Grade
* Extracurricular opportunities for all middle school and high school students
* Technical Arts focus to teach students Lighting, Sound, Video & Leadership
* Stagecraft Focus to teach students Construction, Properties, Crew, Fly Operations, Stage Management and Design
* Strong focus on community service, team work and technical excellence
