Zeeland Christian School is a faith-focused Pre-8th grade Christian school. We love Christ. We love kids. And we love to teach.

ZCS offers traditional programming for students in Threeschool-8th grade. The traditional program also includes cutting-edge programs like our nationally acclaimed "Balanced Literacy" program and our one-to-one laptop program for middle school students.

ZCS also offers the most established Christian school Spanish immersion program in the country. Spanish immersion is a program where kids are taught fully in the Spanish language by native and/or fluent Spanish speakers. The program begins as early as Threeschool or as late as 1st grade. It runs through 5th grade. Spanish language skills are continually improved as students continue through our Middle School via a daily maintenance program.

The Inclusive Education program at Zeeland Christian School has been a ground-breaking program for more than 20 years. High-need/special-needs students are welcomed into the school and participate in traditional classrooms. They also receive special tutoring and assistance through out the day by dedicated aids and student volunteers. These students are, in some ways, the most important kids in our school. Our entire ZCS community cares for these students and flourishes with the opportunity to share God's love to His children who need a little more help.

Zeeland Christian Preschool is the largest preschool on the lakeshore (public or private). While we don't seek to be the biggest, we are excited that our families keep coming back because of the love, compassion and encouragement our teachers show our youngest students. Our preschool staff also boasts a level of educational expertise that explains some of their exceptional teaching methods. The majority of our preschool staff holds Masters Degrees in education.

ZCS also offers a brand new program called The University Model. It's a program where parents partner with Zeeland Christian School to educate their children. Kids come to school 2-3 days a week and are taught by a certified teacher. Then, they go home to continue their learning with the guidance of their parent/caregiver. ZCS supplies all the curriculum and parent training.

Our Zeeland Christian Middle School is one of the highlights of the ZCS experience. Led by a team of veteran teachers, our middle schools is based on an environment of acceptance and respect. There NO detentions or zero hours at ZCS. Because of our unique relational approach to middle school, our teachers and students work out any challenges together. This allows for more time learning and less time disciplining. Combined with our Leadership Development Program, our middle school is filled with amazing students who lead our entire school.
